A formidable tarantula best known for the remarkable cobalt-blue iridescence displayed across its legs, which becomes particularly vivid as the specimen catches changing light.

The substantial body, densely textured legs and subtle metallic colouring of Cyriopagopus lividus give this specimen an imposing three-dimensional presence, beautifully suited to the darker gothic presentation.
